I had a very positive experience in this opticians. Hassan the consultant who booked my test ensured the process was quick and easy, taking care to pick out the right time for me. Yasmeen the consultant who took my booking was very pleasant and took every care to explain each step to me answering my questions about what was happening. And the optician faisa was great too. It was my first time using boots opticians and I don't think I'll be going back to specsavers as their staff are rude and unhelpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Super friendly, caring and helpful team - great experience all around dealing with my 6 year old who didn't enjoy having eye drops!

Found it all very good. Main problem is that the area is far too hot which made for a very uncomfortable time.
